I work with adults to rebuild a sense of safety, self trust, and values based direction so life feels more grounded, authentic, and livable.

My work is trauma informed, sex positive, and grounded in a Body Trust framework that centers nervous system safety, body autonomy, and lived experience. I help clients reduce shame around coping strategies, understand their emotional patterns, and reconnect with what matters most. Therapy focuses on practical tools and change that fits real life.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced with care. I work from a sex positive, identity affirming perspective and welcome clients across diverse bodies, identities, and lived experiences. We’ll go at your pace, focusing on safety, clarity, and building a life that feels more like yours.
