As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my priority is to create a safe container for humans to explore their natural ability to experience growth and healing. Using a holistic approach, we will explore the ways in which rebalancing and reconnecting with the body and nervous system can help you heal. I use a highly relational approach in my practice, so if you're looking for a quick fix, I may not be your best fit. I am dually licensed in Montana and Colorado. If you are seeking care and reside in Colorado, please note I am not currently credentialed with any CO insurers and am only able to accept private pay clients via telehealth.
My clinical background includes perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, prenatal and postpartum transition, grief, trauma, family counseling, stress reduction, compassion fatigue, anxiety, and depression. I have also worked extensively in crisis intervention settings supporting wildland firefighters and first responders.
