About
Life can be tough and there are times when we all face struggle. In those moments, we need the support of others as we courageously face those difficulties and begin to heal. I view my role as a counselor as an opportunity to meet you where you are, to learn from and honor your story, and to help you discover how to heal and grow in a way that is genuine and meaningful for you.
I have been trained as a generalist and feel equipped to work with a wide range of concerns. I also have a special interest in working with those affected by eating disorders. I will partner with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that can holistically honor your goals, values, needs, and recovery.
If you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment for an initial consultation, please email me at the link above. I will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. I look forward to connecting with you!
