The clients I work with are often individuals and couples who care deeply about connection but feel worn down by strain in their relationships or bodies. Some are living with chronic illness and adjusting to a body or life that no longer works the way it used to. Some are couples (monogamous or poly) trying to communicate more clearly, repair trust, or navigate differences without losing closeness. Others are struggling with sexual concerns that feel hard to talk about, even with someone they love. What they want is understanding without judgment, and support that honors the complexity of their experience.
Relationship stress, chronic illness, and relationship concerns can quietly erode connection over time. Miscommunication, physical limitations, or shame can leave people feeling distant, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward together. Without support, these challenges can feel isolating and difficult to name.
