Whether you're hoping to process past events, address specific patterns of behavior, or figure out how to navigate an uncharacteristically difficult time—I'm so glad you're here. I aim to create a warm, supportive environment for clients to explore the parts of themselves and their experiences that feel challenging, shameful, or unknown. Using an attachment-based approach, my goal is to assist you in better understanding yourself, the people around you, and how your relationships and life experiences have shaped who you are. Together, we can work to identify the ways you want to invite change into your life, and how to get there.

I offer individual and relationship counseling (for intimate partners, friends, siblings, and other significant relationships). Clients often come to me wanting to work on anxiety, shame, identity development, attachment injuries, relationship issues, trauma, and addictive behaviors—ranging from substance use to perfectionism and over-functioning.

My practice is person-centered and liberation-oriented. I strive to ensure clients feel wholly seen and supported in all their identities. It is my sincere hope that our work together will help you feel understood, accepted, and empowered. The pursuit of healing is a courageous endeavor and I see it as a profound honor to walk with clients on their journey.
