I specialize in working alongside with those who struggle with eating disorders, trauma, and addiction. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming.
My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief the clients have the ability to grow and change. I follow an empowerment based approach through a framework of psychodynamic, somatic, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I am trained in the EMDR therapy model and am certified trauma treatment professional through the IATP.
I strive to cultivate a warm, welcoming, affirming, and safe environment for each of my clients. I believe in building a mutually collaborative relationship with my clients as I assist them in their journey towards healing.
