I utilize a strength based approach to empower you to make positive changes. I have extensive training in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and sexual abuse, focusing on adult survivors. I use EMDR to assist in processing trauma. I have been providing individual and family counseling for over 37 years. I provide both telehealh and in person sessions
