I earned my bachelor's & master's degrees in social work from The Ohio State University and gained invaluable experience including in a long-term residential treatment center for those struggling with substance abuse.
I firmly believe that mental, emotional, and physical health are interconnected, and genuine healing involves nurturing the whole person. I strive to empower clients to make positive changes that foster balance and guide individuals towards a state of wellness that encompasses their mind, body, and spirit.
I use Solution-Focused, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness, CBT, & DBT to work with adults & teens on a range of life’s challenges. As a wife & mom of two, I've learned many important lessons about embracing imperfections, prioritizing self-care & discovering the power of resilience. In my spare time, I enjoy my family, relaxing on my hammock & gardening.
