Contemplating Your Relationship with Substances
A harm reduction process group assisting clients to explore their relationship with substances. Clients who want a different relationship with, or want to end their relationship with, or who have ended their relationship with substances. Clients must be located in DC/Virginia. Group has psychoeducational components. Clients will explore their relationship with their substances of choice (drugs, alcohol, and/or tobacco). Clients will explore motivations behind their use. Clients will identify the costs and benefits of use and harm reduction. Clients will learn coping skills to manage emotions. *We ask that clients not be under the influence during the group.**
