MYTH: Therapy is for people who cannot help themselves. FACT: Therapy is for people who are empowered to help themselves. Some people are not good at asking for help. Self-reliance is all you have ever known, and you are so used to being ‘the helper’ that you do not take the time to take care of yourself. You have become used to an unbalanced give and take, and your instinct is to figure it out on your own or tough it out. The time has come for your life to be the priority. Finding peace is not just a want but a priority. Reach out to me today to learn about how to take the first steps toward the life you deserve.
Healing is messy. It is deciding that you are going to challenge everything you know to reach for something better. Healing is empowering. It is looking at your trauma and knowing that it cannot control you anymore. I have virtual and in-person sessions available. Contact me now for a free initial consultation.
Healing doesn’t have to be done alone. Even now, as broken as you may feel, you are stronger than you know. This is your call to heal. My job is to walk the path with you and be your guide. Stand beside you and face your trauma, your past, your pain. It is possible to find the life you want for yourself. Contact me today. EMDR available.
