I work from a family systems and relational lens, providing affirming therapy for over 15 years to individuals, partners, and families of diverse compositions. My clients often seek support from me around depression, anxiety, partner and parent-child relationships, gender transitions, major life changes, grief, and loss.

Together we’ll create a collaborative space for healing and self-discovery. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ and trans/queer relationships and families, and provide gender-affirming care letters for youth and adults. In Colorado, specialized offerings include psilocybin-assisted therapy for individuals, couples/dyads, and small groups.
