My psychodynamic therapy practice is for those who are seeking to know themselves better. I practice psychodynamically because I believe in the value of learning the root causes of symptoms, struggles and problems. It is particularly helpful to those who are reflective, introspective and who seek deeper meaning in life.
Psychodynamic therapy is a classic approach to therapy that recognizes the whole person and seeks to address the underlying causes of mental health problems so that sustainable personal growth can commence as one becomes more integrated.
I seek to create a warm, supportive space where meaningful work can unfold. This begins with patient, nonjudgmental listening, allowing you to express whatever is on your mind. Therapy can be a space where you truly express yourself without worry or fear. I adopt a curious attitude as I assist you in becoming more conscious of your experiences.
Together, we dedicate attention to your experiences to foster increased awareness, healing, and growth. This process can help you align more of your life with your values and desires over time while adjusting to the challenges that life presents.

Groups
Improving Personal Relationships
This 4-month + therapy group (5-6 members) meets weekly to explore how we connect with friends, partners, family, colleagues, and more. This group is for anyone feeling lonely, struggling with intimacy or conflict, or curious about their relationship patterns. Through shared reflection and honest interaction, members gain insight into how they show up in relationships and experience new ways of directly engaging with others. Growth occurs when others are able to mirror and recognize what we are not able to see in ourselves. Honesty and commitment are key as we learn together how to build more fulfilling & genuine connections.
