I work with teens, athletes, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, pressure to succeed, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Whether you’re facing daily stress or a major life shift, I’ll meet you where you are with empathy and tools that fit. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where I get to know you and your goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s a team effort. Together, we’ll build confidence, insight, and meaningful change—one step at a time.
I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen how deeply mental health impacts every part of life. As a former Division II athlete, I understand the pressure to perform and push through—even when you're not okay. That experience fuels my commitment to helping others feel seen, supported, and stronger from the inside out.
