I have a lot of experience, in particular, working with parents of children of all ages who need support navigating the challenges of parenthood. I can help clients reflect on their parenting choices and work through non-parenting stressors as well. If you are the parent of a teenager whom you have mental health concerns about, I also have a great deal of experience working with teens on stress, anxiety, aggression and other school/ home/ social issues.
I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, youth and families in various settings. I specialize in work with adolescents, particularly those dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, self-harm, aggression, academic and social issues. I also have experience working with parents who are navigating all types of parenting challenges.
