Reaching out to a therapist can be a difficult decision and a brave choice. In my practice, I work with my clients to build upon strengths that already exist to help you gain the skills to reach their fullest potential. I would like to help you have the opportunity to create meaningful change in your daily lives. I provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, individuals and their families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, and learning challenges. I have experience advocating for clients in the form of working with teachers, participating in IEP meetings, and educating the community.
I specialize in working with you to discover and develop strengths that already exist and build strategies to handle life's challenges. In my practice I use combination of talk, play and relaxation training to meet your specific needs.
Therapy has the most successful outcomes when the client and therapist have a trusting relationship. My hope is that in my practice, clients' feel safe and comfortable to be their "true" self where we can work on goals and track progress together.

Coming Home to Your Self

You are invited to join a five week educational and experiential group beginning Oct 12- Nov 9. We will meet on Thursdays. This group is designed for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, uneasy and struggling to manage parts of their everyday lives. The focus of our group is to create a space where participants will work to feel more grounded, self compassionate and at ease with themselves. Participants will learn how the brain responds to stress, the mind body connection, and tools such as journaling, art, and meditation. This group is not a drop in as sessions will build from the last.
