My name is Dr. Dara Gill Fletcher. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of North Carolina, Kansas, and Missouri. I have a non-judgmental approach. I like to use cognitive behavior therapy and components of dialectical behavior therapy. The most common theoretical approaches include cognitive behavior, components of dialectical behavior therapy, trauma and grief therapies.
The types of clients I typically work with are adults and mature adults. I am comfortable working with people who are working through life challenges.
I try to create a safe environment by being nonjudgmental. I have wanted to be a social worker since I was 13 years old. My mother cared for others in our community and that influenced me to be a social worker. What drives me to do this work is that I like to see people grow.
