About
Life is filled with twists and turns, and extra support can help us move through the difficult moments with more ease. You do not have to do this alone. I work with adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, adjusting to life transitions, grief, family/relationship challenges, low self-esteem, loneliness, prenatal/postpartum mood concerns, pregnancy loss, and infertility. I also work with individuals who identify with being a people-pleaser, perfectionist, or highly sensitive person.
In my 18 years as a therapist, I have supported many clients as they moved through difficult life circumstances or coped with ongoing concerns. Whatever struggle you're facing, I am committed to providing you with a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain support and insight, and learn skills to help you feel your best.
It takes courage and strength to acknowledge that the status quo isn’t working and to reach out for support. I know that the process of finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, but you are taking the first step toward making positive changes in your life and that is one of the hardest parts. I look forward to hearing from you whenever you're ready!
