Hello! My name is Daphne Priddy and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. In my practice, I will meet you where you are with a warm and empathic approach. My primary approach to therapy is evidence based practices such as CBT/DBT. Additional modalities that may be used are dependent on the client needs such as Solution Focused, Narrative, Humanistic, Gestalt, or Integrated approach.
My focus includes Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, life transitions. I provide a safe and comfortable environment for you. My approach to goal setting is the SMART method.
