My ideal clients are thoughtful, high functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many come to therapy navigating ADHD, anxiety, identity exploration, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I provide a collaborative space where clients can better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, build emotional regulation, and reconnect with themselves.
I help clients develop insight, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of coping when life feels overwhelming or disconnected. Using approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based therapy, I support clients in processing experiences, improving relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to show up as their authentic selves.
