As a proud, openly transgender femme, I love providing space to explore the fullness of your humanity, not just your trans or queer identity. I take a somatic parts-work depth approach with individuals and couples already invested in their own healing who are looking for their next step toward self-actualization. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients on lifepath development, personal/cultural/ancestral trauma, gender and identity, sexuality and kink, relationships, and spirituality.
My goal as a therapist is to help you heal, create healthier relationships, and befriend the parts of you that feel shameful or unloveable in order to access the gold buried within. I primarily use somatic IFS, and incorporate ACT, psychodynamic approaches, Jungian dreamwork, and other techniques to attune to your unique needs.
