I specialize in working with girls and their families as they move through anxiety, emotional ups and downs, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s coming up, and feel more grounded.With girls, I create a warm, supportive environment where they can express themselves freely through conversation, creativity, and guidance. I help them build confidence, understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.

I also work closely with parents to better understand what their daughter is experiencing and provide practical ways to support her at home. My approach is genuine, supportive, and non-judgmental, meeting each child where they are, at their own pace.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
