“Talk About it Tuesdays,” is an 8 week virtual woman’s coaching group. This group is for women, age 30+, who are interested in learning to quit doing the things that don’t serve them well in order to make room for choices that foster authentic JOY. In a supportive, judgement free zone, members will explore what they need to “quit” in order to become Emotionally Healthy Woman. Next series of sessions starts Spring, 2022.
