I serve a variety of people and presenting challenges and have found that specializing with those struggling with ADHD/executive functioning as well as difficult life transitions has become a passion. I love using creativity to empower watch my people grow! Life is packed full of challenges. This is a certainty, and I will be honored to walk with you down your path!
My approach is eclectic, tailored, grounded in ACT, EFT/EFIT, Gottman Method. IFS, Schema and Polyvagal strategies. We collaborate to form goals that change as your story unfolds. It's a relationship. You can expect a good dose of humor as well. I hold certifications in integrative medicine, mindfulness and nutrition for mental health and ADHD treatment.
