Life is a journey which brings its own unique challenges to overcome. My goal is to meet you on your journey, wherever that may be, and guide you through the process of facing life’s hardships and complications. I will walk beside you in support; our partnership is designed to help you find resilience and bloom. I have training and experience working with those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety and difficulty with relationships and life transitions.
I am passionate about working with mamas who are struggling with mental health. Whether that be women who are pregnant, experiencing post partum depression, postpartum anxiety or just need support while transitioning to motherhood. I have a heart working with women who are experiencing infertility, infant loss, or pregnancy loss.
I offer Christian counseling to those that are of the Christian faith and can incorporate a faith based perspective if that is what you seek. I frequently use EMDR, CBT, parts work and trauma informed care when working with clients.
