Basically everyone, at one time or another in his or her lifetime needs a trusted, nonbiased, wise, and nonjudgmental person in order to meet life's demands.
I have over 17 years of experience providing individual, groups, couples, and family counseling using evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EMT), Relational therapy, Adlerian therapy, EMDR, and Hypnotherapy.
My philosophy of treatment is based upon the belief that we all have within us the resources to thrive and effectively manage life's challenges. Women Empowerment Support Group
We offer support groups for the medical treatment of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other disorders with personalized approach for each client that is based on your specific needs and that seeks to treat you as a whole person.
