I bring over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Jungian & Adlerian approaches, EMDR and hypnotherapy.
My philosophy of treatment is based upon the belief that we all have within us the resources to thrive and effectively manage life's challenges. However, throughout life's experiences each one of us adopts beliefs and cognitive patterns that may be detrimental to one's happiness, peace, health and success.
