Hello! My name is Danny Tsolak (he/him), and I am a pre-licensed therapist who believes in the genuine connection of a therapeutic relationship and how that engages us to be our most authentic self! Learning about each of my client's helps me to identify what interventions would be appropriate and helpful toward desired progress.
In session, we pay attention to what is showing up. Whether that's thoughts, feelings, body sensations, worries, dreams, all are welcome. My therapeutic orientation draws from my client's view of the world, people, and themselves. Sitting with how we experience our lives gives room for practicing deeper connection to parts of us that serve as protectors.
