I help individuals understand their patterns, rebuild trust, and create healthier relationships—even after things have fallen apart. With more than 30 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), I work with individuals, couples, and families facing emotional, relational, legal, and behavioral challenges. I’m also a Colorado Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB) Approved Provider, and I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology with an emphasis in Agency Counseling.
I use cognitive-behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention tools, and psychoeducation, but I always adapt my tools based on what works for you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all—some clients need structure, while others need space to process past experiences and emotions. Whatever the case, I’m here to help you make the changes.
My style is straightforward, relational, and collaborative. I’m not a therapist who just listens and nods. I believe in showing up, being real, and working hard with my clients.
