Whether reflecting on early experiences, confronting loss or disconnection, or searching for a more authentic way of moving through the world, the process unfolds with care and intention.
Being a queer neurodivergent person myself, I emphasize identity and gender affirmation in creating a safe space for all — especially for those whose identities stretch beyond binary expectations.
