People seek out therapy for all sorts of reasons; they're going through a change in their life, the communication in their relationship has been a bit off, or they simply need a safe space to talk with someone. Whatever the reason, I'm honored to be on this journey with you.
I work with a variety of clients ranging from couples with communication issues, teens, men with anxiety and depression, and more. I use an eclectic approach using skills from narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, Gottman, and more.
