I’m a psychodynamic therapist in Ojai, also seeing individuals and couples throughout California online. Many people I work with seek increased authentic relatedness, a sense of being more fully alive and whole. Our process can be an ongoing way to tend what's hurting and cultivate alignment, courage, creativity, and intentionality in your life.
Together we explore your ways of making meaning, paying attention to dreams, to our relationship, to protective strategies, to how stories and feelings live in the body, and to the parts of you who are conflicted, out of reach, or most often go unseen. I also integrate EMDR to address overwhelming, stuck, and missing experience when desired.
I often work with individuals navigating the particular pressures of high-performance environments who want to develop sustainable ways of being amid intense professional demands.
