Hi, I’m Danny. I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC), and I have over 17 years of counseling experience. I put my master’s degree in counseling and my toolkit from my life’s winding path to use for clients who are curious about their own mental and emotional wellbeing. There are so many reasons why you might be looking for a therapist right now. The world we live in provides so many opportunities for stress and concern, and just trying to figure out how to cope can feel overwhelming. Sometimes you’re just trying to find a way through the very common feeling of: "I just don't feel right". I’m here to help.
I provide individual therapy for people presenting with a range of concerns. ISometimes that can mean issues like depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major life transitions, men's issues, divorce, school and career challenges, and relationships. I borrow from traditional threapeutic modalities and philosophical frameworks.
Perhaps you've been mandated to go to therapy, or someone in your life has strongly suggested you find a therapist. If so, I'm your guy. Together, you and I will use our insight and imagination to find an approach to therapy that works for you. We'll do our work in the renovated barn, online or perhaps spending some time outdoors will be the thing to do.
