It does not need to be a challenge to find the right therapist. However, it can be a challenge to find one that can relate to your issues in a way that provides empathy, understanding and the ability to help figure out what is needed to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
I'm a licensed therapist specializing in parenting and family with a specialized focus on men's issues, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma therapy. I provide both in-person and online therapy for adults and teens.
