I have eight years of experience working directly with clients. I offer a non-judgmental, flexible approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are while supporting meaningful change. Once rapport is established, I am direct and appropriately challenging to help clients move toward optimal functioning.
I work best with clients who are motivated to actively engage in therapy and take ownership of their work during sessions. My approach is compassionate and respectful, while also being transparent and intentional. I believe that avoidance can keep people stuck, and thoughtful conversations—when held safely—can lead to powerful shifts.
