Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people navigating some of life’s most challenging terrain — individuals and couples processing trauma, neurodiverse clients learning to thrive in a world not always built for them, and people who simply need a safe, judgment-free space to breathe and make sense of what they’re going through.
I believe that mental health is health — full stop. You wouldn’t ignore a broken bone, and you shouldn’t have to push through emotional pain alone either. My approach is as unique as you are: eclectic, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based methods including the Gottman Method for couples, EMDR for trauma, and ADHD-focused clinical therapy.
