I believe our relationship with ourself impacts all other relationships in our life, hence making it the most important one to focus on. I work with adults and teens who are experiencing stress, intense anxiety, depression, and grief. I believe therapy can transform someone's life through the process of exploring current or past events and stressors. Together, we can uncover beliefs, thoughts, and traumas, as we work to empower you towards self-acceptance and healing.
Together we will explore and clarify your goals and desires, then work to identify and address barriers to feeling better. Starting therapy takes courage, but I believe that each of us deserves to live our happiest life, despite difficult circumstances.
