Hi, welcome to this space. A space to process the experiences that bring you here today. I work with folks that want to tend to the following; being a parentified child, attachment wounds, inner child work, mother/father wound, and the cycles that have been passed down intergenerationally. I also work with folks that have a desire to connect with themselves deeper. This place has been created with deep intention and heart for those that would like to tend to themselves with compassion and care. In this space we tend to your nervous system, your body, your pain, and the wisdom in you.

My approach is holistic. I integrate Somatics, Hakomi, Parts Work, IFS (informed), Relational, and Cultural humility in my practice. In our work together there is choice and honoring of you and your system. With permission I may gently invite you to come in contact with subtle sensations, feelings, and your soma (body) in our work.
