If you have experienced traumas, adversities in life, or mental health struggles, you can heal and live a happy/healthy life with the right supports and treatment methods. I am a Certified Therapist & Instructor in the Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR) Method, & an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I have 25+ years of clinical experience & specialize in adolescents, adults, & First Responder mental health. In addition to hourly sessions, I provide Intensive trauma therapy (17-30 clinical hours/week). Other services: psychosexual assessments & advanced clinical supervision.
I specialize in treating trauma-related disorders. I believe the Instinctual Trauma Response Method (ITR) is a game-changer in the mental health field and you will have symptom reduction quickly (and sustain these improvements)! I provide hourly and intensive treatment services.
