I enjoy working with adults, couples, and first responders who are experiencing symptoms of traumatic stress (anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, uncomfortable body sensations, etc.) Traumatic stress is an injury that can be healed and effective therapy does not require you to relive past experiences. I hold the belief that "Of all the mental health issues, the ones related to trauma are the most treatable."
