I use a combination of mind-body teachings to guide you in exploring present triggers, the creation and history of them, & ways to release them in and out of session.
I work with teens, couples, adults who are looking to better their resources and skills to help them live a more peaceful life. I have successfully guided clients through trauma processing, helping them reclaim peace after abusive/toxic situations, grief, betrayal, and more. I offer expertise in inner child work, professional women of color, & complex-PTSD.

This is a supportive and processing space where members can share feelings, worries, and be in community during this highly stressful election season and political climate. In the group we work to develop healthier habits to see some immediate relief, build community and support systems, enhance coping skills, and practice meditations.
