I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are, with all your thoughts, struggles, and strengths. We’ll explore what’s going on in your life and figure out what changes feel right for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I take a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert of your own life, so we’ll work together to explore what’s really important to you, what’s been holding you back, and what changes you’d like to see.
I work with people who are dealing with life changes, feeling stuck, or struggling with anxiety, stress, or relationships. If you’re at a crossroads or feeling overwhelmed, I can help you process your feelings and experiences and find a way forward. My ideal client is someone who’s ready to make changes and needs a little guidance along the way.
