In my practice I focus on working with adult individuals who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship difficulties and Women’s issues.
As a therapist, my goal is to offer a direct and compassionate approach to counseling. My hope is that you gain more self-awareness, eliminate thoughts and behaviors you do not like and embrace your purpose. My practice aims to normalize and remove the mystery of counseling in the African American community.
