When we feel lost and alone, having someone to support us can make all difference and is the foundation of therapy.
My primary therapeutic approach focuses on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy. In order to best meet your needs, we may engage in other theoretical principles. I have been a therapist for almost twenty years and my framework is built on what I have learned from the best teachers- my clients.
I believe it is my purpose to support and help clients obtain and maintain mental health and wellness and to educate the community on the importance of mental health and reducing stigmas.
