Boozhoo! Hello! My name is Danika! As a neurodivergent therapist, my ideal clients are those who want to explore post-trauma growth, build stable relationships, and process childhood wounds. My desire is for every person to develop the confidence to trust themselves, their choices and to feel like they are living beyond existing.
Through a wholistic and systemic lens, my work revolves around collaboratively re-building the connection between our mental experiences and our bodily-somatic experiences to understand our needs, value sytems, boundaries and support our ability to take action to find what works well for ourselves.
