My job as your counselor is to help you make sense of your presenting situation, support you, and walk with you through the process of healing the pain and discovering your strengths.
As a helping professional I believe that non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic relationship is essential in treatment. I view each client as an individual and with the client collaboratively decide on the most suitable counseling methods. I am trained in EMDR therapy, grief and loss and other trauma informed approaches.
