About
I provide an authentic, non-judgmental space to support you on working toward your goals. I offer individual therapy to adults and have significant experience working with undergraduate and graduate college students. My clinical work focuses on women’s issues, identity development, life transitions, attachment in relationships, as well as healing from experiences of relationship abuse, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma.
I work from a trauma-informed lens, with an emphasis on empowerment, collaboration, and safety while paying special attention to the ways each person’s identities impact their experiences. I integrate interventions from interpersonal and psychodynamic theories as well as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
I believe as humans, we're driven by connection. While experiences of disconnection can lead to feeling alone, hurt, and stuck, experiences of connection to ourselves and others offers healing. I value the therapeutic relationship and humor in my work. As your therapist, I hope to build on your strengths and offer a safe, intentional space to focus on you.
