I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue Fort Wayne and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. I have had experience working with addictions at a non-profit transitional home for women. I also have experience working with youth and adolescents through ministries and volunteer work.
I incorporate Strength-Based, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered in my approach to therapy. I believes that collaboration and the therapeutic relationship help my clients identify goals and potential solutions related to their mental health and well-being, to achieve their goals and find a sustainable path forward.
