I work collaboratively with clients to explore and understand parts of themselves that may have been previously unacknowledged or unspoken, fostering a space of safety, acceptance, and growth. My approach is relational and client-centered, helping clients gain insight into their personal and relational patterns while empowering them with practical tools for healing and self-development. I specialize in working with couples and adult individuals facing anxiety, transition, grief, trauma and relational challenges.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in psychodynamic, attachment, somatic, internal family systems and parts principles. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relational Life Therapy for couples, both of which are powerful frameworks for couples seeking meaningful and lasting change.
In addition to my clinical training, I am trained in Vedic meditation and mindfulness, which I integrate into my work to help clients cultivate deeper self-awareness and build resilience.
