Healing from complex trauma, attachment wounds, and grief can feel overwhelming and isolating. I work with children, teens, and adults to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded—where you can begin to better understand your nervous system, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach focuses on building internal security, strengthening connection, and helping you move toward a greater sense of stability and self-trust.
In addition to therapy, I provide specialized coaching for co-parents who want to reduce conflict and create a more secure, emotionally healthy environment for their children. Together, we work to slow down reactive patterns, process the impact of past experiences, and build the self-awareness and regulation skills that support more connected relationships.
