Connecting with a therapist who truly gets you when you’re neurodivergent or queer is tough. I believe that an encouraging, collaborative therapeutic relationship can make a big difference in taking you from barely getting through your days to finding real balance and relief. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and coach specializing in ADHD, autism, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ folks. I love working alongside adults who were never diagnosed with neurodivergence or are just starting to understand how it affects them. My approach is warm and down-to-earth to help clients explore overwhelm, burnout, self-doubt, belonging, and identity.

I pull from strength-based, trauma-focused modalities to support you in building a life that truly fits. Together, we work to understand what’s driving the patterns of your behaviors, uncover roadblocks to healing, and find coping tools that help you partner with your brain instead of fighting against it.
